The Manufacturing Department provides technical support, production planning, and operational management of the organization's manufacturing activities.
The main tasks of the Manufacturing Department:
- Operational management of manufacturing activities of the organization;
- Current planning, participation in the long-term planning of manufacturing activities;
- Organizational and methodological guidance, coordination and control of the activities of the structural subdivisions of the organization on production issues;
- Promptly informing the management of the organization of emerging manufacturing problems and possible solutions;
- Preparation and presentation to the management the information and analytical materials on the status and prospects for the development of the manufacturing activities of the organization;
- Improvement and implementation of new methods of work organization, including those on the basis of modern information technologies;
- Participation within its competence in the preparation and execution of managerial decisions of the management of the organization;
- Increase the level of technical literacy of employees of the organization.
The Manufacturing Department reports directly to Yury Starovoytov, the General Director of RITM OKB ZAO.
The Department is headed by Andrei Sliva.
