The main tasks of the Certification and Licensing Department:
- Administration of registration and certification of products;
- Administration of licensing of the company’s business;
The main functions of the Certification and Licensing Department:
- Administration of the procedures of registration and certification of developed and upgraded products, receiving registration certificates and declarations of compliance in GOST R system (Russian National Standard);
- Participation in development and execution of technical specifications and other documents related to new and modernized products; participating in preparation processes for certifying/declaring products;
- Participation in organization of preliminary, acceptance, qualification, and periodical product trials; drawing up test certificates and test protocols;
- Organization of product trials in accredited testing laboratories;
- Carrying out the licensing of the activity of the enterprise;
- Development and organization of implementation of measures based on the results of state supervision and inspection control over compliance with licensing requirements and conditions, standards and technical conditions for products;
- Participation in the development, improvement and implementation of the quality management system, in the development of internal regulatory documents and other documentation on the functioning of the quality management system;
- Certification of the quality management system and marking products with the CE mark for delivery to the European market;
- The formation of a technical file for each type of certified products, the management of a technical file (storage, modification, replication);
- Participation in processing of documents for registration of products, manufactured by the enterprise, in those countries where it is expected to be sold.
The Certification and Licensing Service reports directly to Yury Starovoytov, the General Director of RITM OKB ZAO.
The Certification and Licensing Service is headed by Tatiana Timoshenko, leading certification and licensing engineer.
The Certification and Licensing Service performs interaction with all structural divisions of the enterprise on the issues within the competence of the service.
