The purpose of Department No. 3 is to perform  scientific research, design and experimental work, to produce trial samples of devices, to develop and issue respective documentation, to prepare devices for manufacturing and to support devices with accordance to the work plan, to register and patent the department products. 

The main tasks of Department No. 3:

1. 1. Development of new devices (construction, circuit engineering, printed circuit boards, software), issue of engineering, software, and operating documentation, assembly of experimental and trial samples;
2. 2. Organization of installation and start-up, and technical consultations.
3. 3. Scientific Research and Development of the new methods of medical information processing;
4. 4. Development and Presentation of Technical Conditions for the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, preparation and participation in trials;
5. 5. Launching devices into manufacture;
6. 6. Devices’ follow-up (problem solving and discrepancy removing both in hardware and software parts);
7. 7. Patent research and participation in invention patenting; product certification;
